Who these terms are with

These terms are between you and Dr. Katelyn Mudry, Naturopathic Medicine (460 - 304 St., Kimberley, B.C. V1A 3H4), operator of this site. By creating an account or buying, you agree to them, along with our Privacy policy, Refund policy and Health disclaimer.

Your account

You must be an adult (19 or older) and give accurate details. Keep your password private. Your account is for you alone, so please do not share your sign-in.

Purchases and access

  • Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
  • Each purchase is a one-time payment for the course or e-book shown.
  • Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the content for your own learning. Copying, reselling, sharing or posting it elsewhere requires written permission.
  • Refunds follow the Refund policy. A refund ends access to the refunded item.
  • We may update or improve content over time. If we ever retire the site, we will give reasonable notice first.

Health information

Content is general education. Please read the Health disclaimer before acting on anything you learn here.

Community guidelines

The discussion is a shared space for people learning together. Please:

  • Be kind and respectful, including when you disagree.
  • Keep personal medical details, yours and other people's, out of your posts.
  • Share your own experience as your own, and leave the diagnosing of others to their providers.
  • Keep posts on topic and free of advertising, links to products and personal attacks.

You may post anonymously to other learners. Dr. Mudry and administrators can always see who wrote a post. We may remove posts or accounts that break these guidelines.

You keep ownership of what you write and give us permission to display it in the discussion where you posted it.

Our content

Course videos, e-books, text, images and design belong to Dr. Katelyn Mudry or are used with permission, and copyright law protects them.

Limits of responsibility

We take care to share thoughtful, accurate material, and we provide the site and content as they are. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you for any claim connected to the site is limited to the amount you paid for the item involved. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Governing law and changes

The laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there govern these terms. We may update them, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
