Refund policy

If a course or e-book is not the right fit, email us within 14 days of your purchase and you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid, including any tax.

If a video will not play, a file will not open, or the content differs from its description on the site, contact us at any time. We will fix it, and we will refund you where a fix is not possible.

• Email info@drkmudry.com from the address you used to buy, with the course or e-book title.
• We reply within 2 business days.
• Refunds return to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows the credit in 5 to 10 business days.
• Once a refund is issued, access to that course or e-book ends and any lesson progress for it is kept in case you return.

If you see a charge you do not recognize, write to us first. We can usually resolve it within a day. Charges appear under our business name, shown on the contact page.

Courses and e-books are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges to cancel.
